After reviewing our Mid-Year Resident Survey results, we are pleased to announce a 7% increase on our Happiness Score across all St Ives Villages.
Thanks to our wonderful residents we had a great response to our latest Happiness Survey, with a 55% increase in participants from last years mid-year survey, which was completed earlier this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was so we could include two additional questions about COVID-19 to gain relevant feedback on residents safety and St Ives communication during this unprecedented time.
Our Happiness Score increased from 79.4% (2019 Resident Survey, November 2019) to 86.4% (2020 Mid-Year Resident Survey, June 2020).
What is our Happiness Score and how do we calculate it?
Our Happiness Score is how we track our progress under our “Live Happy” business philosophy which we launched in February 2019. To track it, we simply average out the positive response scores across six questions that relate to our key Happiness Influencers. We ask our residents to score us based on the same six Happiness Influencer questions in both the annual and mid-year surveys.
